dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá investičním záměrem výstavby pečovatelských bytů v obci Bílovice a návrhem jeho optimálního financování. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část vychází z odborných poznatků dostupných v literatuře. Praktická část analyzuje hospodaření obce v letech 2020-2023 a rozpracovává záměr upravený podle podmínek dotační výzvy IROP - Sociální bydlení II. Zvažovány jsou dvě varianty financování, kombinující vlastní zdroje obce - s dotací, nebo se zvýhodněným úvěrem. Finanční efektivita je posouzena pomocí Cost-Benefit analýzy. Síťová a riziková analýza se vztahují na celý záměr bez ohledu na zvolený způsob financování. Výsledky ukazují, že nejvýhodnější variantou je financování s využitím dotační podpory. Práce formuluje i doporučení pro další kroky obce.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the investment project of construction of care apartments in the village of Bílovice and the proposal of its optimal financing. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is based on professional knowledge available in the literature. The practical part analyses the municipality's economy in the years 2020-2023 and elaborates the plan adapted to the conditions of the IROP subsidy call - Social Housing II. Two financing options are considered, combining the municipality's own resources - with a subsidy or a soft loan. The financial efficiency is assessed by means of a cost-benefit analysis. The network and risk analyses apply to the whole project, regardless of the financing method chosen. The results show that the most advantageous option is financing with grant support. The paper also formulates recommendations for the municipality's next steps.
