dc.description.abstract	Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout vhodný způsob financování investičního záměru města Hranice. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se věnuje principům hospodaření obcí, rozpočtové politice, finanční analýze a možnostem financování veřejných investic. Praktická část představuje město Hranice a analyzuje jeho hospodaření za uplynulých pět let. Závěrečná část práce je věnována představení vybranému projektu, návrhu možných variant jeho financování a vyhodnocení dopadů na hospodaření města

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this diploma thesis is to propose an optimal method of financing an investment project of the town of Hranice na Moravě. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on the principles of municipal budgeting, fiscal policy, financial analysis, and the financing options available for public investments. The practical part introduces the town of Hranice and analyses its financial management over the past five years. The final section of the thesis presents the selected project, proposes possible financing options, and evaluates their impact on the town's financial situation
