dc.description.abstract	Cílem této práce je analyzovat úroveň organizace, kterou jednotlivci udržují ve virtuálním prostoru, a zkoumat, jak tento faktor ovlivňuje efektivitu programátorů a akademickou úspěšnost studentů informačních technologií (IT). Práce se rovněž zaměřuje na špatnou organizaci ve virtuálním prostředí jako na potenciální stresor v IT profesích, přičemž hlavní zjištění potvrzují souvislost mezi vnímanou digitální neorganizovaností a mírou stresové zátěže.
