dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem podnikatelského plánu pro založení veterinární kliniky v Brně, kde bude probíhat radioterapie onkologicky nemocných zvířat pomocí lineárního urychlovače. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány pojmy spojené s podnikáním, právní formy, složky podnikatelského plánu včetně zásad jeho sestavení a analýz trhu, ale také specifika veterinární medicíny a radioterapie. Praktická část představuje konkrétní návrh podnikatelského plánu kliniky. Obsahuje charakteristiku podniku a poskytovaných služeb, analýzu trhu, marketingovou strategii, organizační strukturu, technické vybavení, finanční plán, harmonogram realizace a analýzu rizik. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda má projekt reálnou šanci na úspěch a také navržení konkrétních kroků k jeho realizaci.

The aim of the thesis is to determine whether the project has real potential for success and to propose concrete steps for its implementation.
