dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zavedení metody Balanced Scorecard v rámci kontrolní složky Zdravotnické záchranné služby Středočeského kraje. Cílem je vytvořit systém měření výkonnosti inspektorů provozu pomocí klíčových ukazatelů (KPI) a navrhnout opatření ke zvýšení efektivity jejich činnosti. Práce kombinuje teoretická východiska s praktickou analýzou současného stavu a výsledkem je návrh konkrétního modelu BSC, jehož implementace má přispět ke zlepšení kvality poskytovaných služeb i vnitřních procesů organizace.

The thesis combines theoretical foundations with a practical analysis of the current state and presents a specific BSC model, whose implementation is intended to improve both the quality of services provided and the organization's internal processes.
