dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu vícezdrojového financování projektu Zdravotnické záchranné služby Pardubického kraje, konkrétně výstavby a provozu školícího a výcvikového střediska. Cílem práce je identifikace, vyhodnocení a doporučení optimální kombinace finančních zdrojů využitelných pro realizaci investičního projektu příspěvkové organizace. V teoretické části jsou popsány právní a ekonomické aspekty hospodaření příspěvkových organizací a charakteristika jednotlivých veřejných i neveřejných zdrojů financování. Praktická část zahrnuje analýzu hospodaření ZZS PAK a samotného projektu s využitím SWOT a rizikové analýzy. Výstupem práce je doporučený scénář vícezdrojového financování s ohledem na minimalizaci rizik a administrativní náročnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis focuses on the analysis of multi-source financing of a project implemented by the Emergency Medical Service of the Pardubice Region, specifically the construction and operation of a training and education center. The aim of the thesis is to identify, evaluate, and recommend the optimal combination of financial sources applicable for the implementation of an investment project of a contributory organization. The theoretical part describes the legal and economic aspects of the management of contributory organizations and the characteristics of various public and private funding sources. The practical part includes an analysis of the financial performance of the EMS of the Pardubice Region and the project itself, using SWOT and risk analysis. The outcome of the thesis is a recommended financing scenario aimed at minimizing risks and administrative burden.
