dc.description.abstract	Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá návrhom podnikateľského plánu pre založenie a prevádzku zariadenia pre seniorov. Vychádza z rastúcej potreby sociálnej a zdravotnej starostlivosti pre starnúcu populáciu a analyzuje možnosti jej poskytovania v súkromnom sektore. Práca skúma legislatívne požiadavky, organizačnú štruktúru, personálne zabezpečenie, financovanie a marketing zariadenia. Dôležitou súčasťou práce je aj finančná analýza a identifikácia rizík spojených s realizáciou projektu. V rámci návrhu zariadenia sú zohľadnené moderné trendy, ako využitie smart technológií a inovatívnych terapeutických prístupov. Výstupom práce je komplexný projekt zariadenia, ktorý môže slúžiť ako podklad pre jeho realizáciu a získanie finančných zdrojov.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This master's thesis is supposed to be a project of a business plan for the establishment and operation of an elderly care facility. It is based on the growing need for quality social and health care for the aging population and analyzes the possibilities of the establishment in the private sector. This thesis takes on the legislative requirements, organizational structure, personnel management, financing and marketing of the facility. An important part of the thesis is also a financial analysis and identification of risks associated with the implementation of the project. The design of the facility takes into consideration modern trends, such as the use of smart technologies and innovative therapeutic approaches. The output of the thesis is a comprehensive project of the facility, which can serve as a base project for its implementation in reality and obtaining financial resources.
