dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá záměrem založení soukromého Alzheimer centra v Moravskoslezském kraji. Cílem práce je prověřit reálnost záměru na základě podnikatelského projektu, který zahrnuje analýzu trhu, marketingovou strategii, personální obsazení a finanční plán. Důležitou části pro projekt je predikce vývoje počtu pacientů v následujících letech na základě demografických ukazatelů a stárnutí populace. V teoretické části je věnován prostor základnímu přehledu o Alzheimerově chorobě a trendech v poskytování sociálních služeb. Praktická část se zaměřuje na projekt vzniku zařízení, jehož kapacita, rozsah služeb i struktura personálu odpovídají požadavkům na kvalitní a důstojnou péči o klienty s Alzheimerovou chorobou. Výstupem práce je návrh realizovatelného podnikatelského plánu s cílem zajištění udržitelného provozu a přínosu pro region.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis focuses on the intention to establish a private Alzheimer's centre in the Moravian Silesian Region. The aim of the thesis is to assess the feasibility of this intention through a business project that includes market analysis, marketing strategy, staffing, and a financial plan. A key component of the project is the prediction of the future number of patients based on demographic indicators and population ageing. The theoretical part provides a basic overview of Alzheimer's disease and trends in the provision of social services. The practical part is dedicated to the development of the facility, with its capacity, range of services, and staff structure tailored to meet the requirements for high-quality and dignified care for clients with Alzheimer's disease. The outcome of the thesis is a proposal for a feasible business plan aimed at ensuring sustainable operation and benefits for the region.
