dc.description.abstract	Práce se zaměřuje na motivaci pedagogů v alternativních školách. V úvodu je představena problematika alternativního vzdělávání a jeho historický kontext. Teoretická část se zabývá definicí, charakteristikou a typy alternativních škol, včetně Montessori, waldorfských, Reggio Emilia, demokratických a dalších typů škol. Zkoumá uplatnění pedagogů v alternativních školách a motivaci pedagogů v běžných a alternativních školách, s důrazem na vliv hodnot a profesních cílů pedagogů na jejich volbu školy. V praktické části je proveden výzkum, který je zaměřen na získání podkladů pro odpovědi na výzkumné otázky týkající se motivace a výkonu pedagogické profese. V diskusi jsou vyhodnoceny a shrnuty získané informace a jsou představeny hlavní poznatky. Závěr práce nabízí závěrečné myšlenky, které shrnují hlavní zjištění a nabízejí doporučení pro další výzkum v této oblasti. Práce poskytuje ucelený pohled na motivaci a výkon pedagogů v alternativních školách a přispívá k lepšímu porozumění této problematiky.

The conclusion of the thesis offers final thoughts that summarize the main findings and offer recommendations for further research in this area.
