dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na návrh dlouhodobého a krátkodobého finančního plánu ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem teoretické části je na základě literární rešerše zpracovat klíčové aspekty finančního plánování, jeho význam, metody a zásady. Praktická část se věnuje charakteristice vybrané společnosti a analýze jejího vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí, což zahrnuje zhodnocení faktorů ovlivňujících hospodaření podniku. Na základě provedených analýz je následně navržen dlouhodobý a krátkodobý finanční plán, který je zpracován do základní, optimistické a pesimistické varianty. Hlavním výstupem práce je zhodnocení navrženého finančního plánu a návrh doporučení pro společnost.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis focuses on the development of a long-term and short-term financial plan for a selected company. The goal of the theoretical part is to process key aspects of financial planning, its significance, methods, and principles based on a literature review. The practical part focuses on the characterization of the selected company and the analysis of its external and internal environment, including the evaluation of factors influencing the company's operations. Based on the analyses conducted, a long-term and short-term financial plan is subsequently proposed, which is developed into a basic, optimistic, and pessimistic variant. The main output of the thesis is the evaluation of the proposed financial plan and the formulation of recommendations for the company.
