dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá transformací podnikání fyzické osoby na osobu právnickou, včetně daňových dopadů této transformace. Teoretická část sjednocuje nezbytné pojmy a poskytuje tak ucelený přehled informací nezbytných pro porozumění podnikání fyzických a právnických osob. Praktická část analyzuje současný stav podnikání fyzické osoby a na základě zjištěných skutečností je provedena daňová optimalizace. Následně je provedena samotná realizace transformace podnikání dle navrženého postupu a v souladu s vizí podnikatele. Závěrem je zhodnocen dopad transformace na podnikání včetně daňových dopadů. Tato práce je reálnou transformací podnikatelské činnosti živnostníka s rozrůstajícím se obratem.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the transformation of a natural person's business into a legal entity, including the tax implications of this transformation. The theoretical part unifies the necessary concepts and provides a comprehensive overview of information necessary for understanding the business of natural and legal persons. The practical part analyses the current state of a natural person's business and, based on the findings, tax optimisation is carried out. Subsequently, the actual implementation of the business transformation is carried out according to the proposed procedure and in accordance with the vision of the entrepreneur. Finally, the impact of the transformation on the business is assessed, including the tax implications. This work is a real business transformation of a sole trader with an expanding turnover.
