dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá aktuálním a dynamicky se rozvíjejícím tématem regulace kryptoaktiv a jejích dopadů na bankovní instituce. V teoretické části je věnována pozornost charakteristice kryptoaktiv, tradiční regulaci bankovního sektoru a v neposlední řadě regulacím kryptoaktiv, především nařízení MiCA a směrnici AMLD. Praktická část se soustředí na konkrétní dopady těchto regulací na banky, a to od požadavků na spolupráci s poskytovateli služeb v oblasti kryptoaktiv (CASP), přes jejich strategie až po přehodnocení rizik a příležitostí spojených s implementací kryptoaktiv. Pomocí metod analýzy a porovnání bylo zjištěno, že implementace nařízení MiCA a AMLD představuje pro bankovní instituce značnou výzvu z hlediska souladu s legislativou, ale zároveň i možnost významného strategického posunu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the current and dynamically developing topic of cryptoassets regulation and its impact on banking institutions. In the theoretical part, attention is paid to the characteristics of cryptoassets, the traditional regulation of the banking sector and, finally, the regulation of cryptoassets, especially the MiCA regulation and the AMLD directive. The practical part focuses on the specific implications of these regulations for banks, ranging from the requirements to cooperate with cryptoasset service providers (CASP), to their strategies, to a reassessment of the risks and opportunities associated with the implementation of cryptoassets. Using analysis and benchmarking methods, it was found that the implementation of MiCA and AMLD regulations presents a significant compliance challenge for banking institutions, but also an opportunity for a significant strategic shift.
