dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou účetní uzávěrky a závěrky ve vybrané společnosti. V teoretické části jsou popsány přípravné práce, které vedou ke zjištění výsledku hospodaření, výpočtu daně z příjmů právnických osob a následnému uzavření účetních knih. Kapitola o účetní závěrce se věnuje popisu a významu účetních výkazů. Teoretická část vychází z rešerše literárních pramenů. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu účetní uzávěrky a závěrky ve vybrané společnosti na základě vnitropodnikových směrnic, účetních výkazů a rozhovorů s účetním oddělením. Cílem práce je identifikovat případné nedostatky při tvorbě účetní uzávěrky a závěrky a navrhnout opatření a doporučení směřující ke zlepšení dané oblasti.

The theoretical part describes the preparatory steps leading to the determination of the financial result, the calculation of corporate income tax, and the subsequent closing of accounting books. The chapter on financial statements is devoted to the description and importance of financial reports. The theoretical part is based on a review of relevant literature. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the closing of accounts and financial statements in the selected company, based on internal company guidelines, financial reports, and interviews with the accounting department. The aim of the thesis is to identify potential shortcomings in the preparation of the closing of accounts and financial statements and to propose measures and recommendations to improve the given area.
