dc.description.abstract	Hydrogely jsou jedinečné polymerní materiály, které dokáží zadržet značné množství vody, což je činí velmi atraktivními pro použití v různých průmyslových odvětvích, včetně medicíny, farmacie, kosmetiky a potravinářství. Práce se zabývá klasifikací, reologií a metodami přípravy hydrogelů a vlivem různých faktorů na reologické vlastnosti hydrogelů. Je uvedena stručná charakteristika hydrogelů na bázi želatiny a alginátu. Vzhledem k širokému uplatnění hydrogelů v různých oborech, včetně medicíny, farmacie, kosmetologie, zemědělství, potravinářství a ekologie, jsou rozebrány jednotlivé aplikace, jejich výhody a příklady použití.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Hydrogels are unique polymeric materials that can retain a significant amount of water, which makes them very attractive for use in various industries, including medicine, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and food industry. The thesis considers the classification, rheology and methods of obtaining hydrogels, the influence of various factors on the rheological properties of hydrogels. A brief description of hydrogels based on gelatin and alginate is given. Given the widespread use of hydrogels in various fields, including medicine, pharmaceuticals, cosmetology, agriculture, food industry and ecology, each of the areas of application, their advantages and examples of use are considered.
