Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje přípravě 4-hydroxykumarinů z fenolu a diethylesterů kyseliny malonové. V teoretické části je popsána biologická aktivita kumarinů a přehled tradičních metod jejich syntézy. Praktická část se zaměřuje na syntézu derivátů 4-hydroxykumarinů substituovaných v poloze 3 a následně na studium jejich reaktivity, směřující k získání jejich reaktivnější formy halogenací. |

This bachelor thesis focuses on the synthesis of 4-hydroxycoumarins from phenol and diethyl malonate. The theoretical part provides an overview of the biological activity of coumarins and traditional methods of their synthesis. The experimental section describes the preparation of 4-hydroxycoumarin derivatives substituted at position 3, followed by the investigation of their reactivity aimed at obtaining more reactive forms via halogenation. |
