dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na anti-aging efekt látek rostlinného původu a jejich využití v kosmetologii. Byly popsány morfologické a funkční změny kůže spojené se stárnutím, a to jak z hlediska vnitřních, tak vnějších faktorů. Práce dále pojednává o viditelných projevech stárnutí kůže, jako jsou vrásky, suchost či pigmentové skvrny. Následně byly rozebrány současné anti-aging strategie včetně korektivní dermatologie, úpravy životního stylu a buněčných regulátorů. Stěžejní část práce byla věnována botanickým látkám s prokázaným anti-aging účinkem, přičemž byly charakterizovány metody extrakce, účinné složky a možnosti jejich aplikace v kosmetických přípravcích. Cílem práce bylo na základě literární rešerše zhodnotit potenciál rostlinných extraktů jako účinné složky v prevenci a redukci projevů stárnutí pokožky.
