dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na odpadové hospodářství v mikroregionu Bystřička s cílem navrhnout chytré řešení. Práce je strukturována do teoretické a praktické části, přičemž praktická část obsahuje část analytickou a návrhovou. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy nezbytné pro pochopení odpadového hospodářství, konceptu Smart City, projektového managementu a jejich propojení v praxi. Analytická část se věnuje podrobné analýze současného odpadového hospodářství jednotlivých obcí mikroregionu, prezentuje hodnoty, porovnává je a vyhodnocuje. Součástí je také polostrukturovaný rozhovor zaměřený na danou problematiku. Návrhová část navrhuje chytré řešení na podporu odpadového hospodářství v mikroregionu, včetně podrobných bodů a jednotlivých fází. Návrh projektu je poté analyzován z hlediska času, financí, potenciálních rizik a je podroben SWOT analýze.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis focuses on waste management in the Bystřička micro-region with the aim of proposing a smart solution. The thesis is structured into a theoretical and practical part, while the practical part includes an analytical and a design part. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts necessary for understanding waste management, the Smart City concept, project management and their interconnection in practice. The analytical part is devoted to a detailed analysis of the current waste management of the micro-region's municipalities, presenting values, comparing and evaluating them. It also includes a semi-structured interview focused on the issue. The design section proposes smart solutions to promote waste management in the micro-region, including detailed points and phases. The project proposal is then analyzed in terms of time, finances, potential risks and is subjected to SWOT analysis.
