dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce řeší problematiku standardizace ve výrobě. Jejím cílem je navrhnout nové postupy a řešení v této oblasti na pracovišti frézek ve firmě ALTECH, spol. s r.o. Teoretická část obsahuje poznatky vztahující se k tématu práce a tvoří podklad k části praktické. V té je nejprve představena sama firma. K provedení analýzy současného stavu pracoviště byly využity metody sběru a zpracování dat, přímé pozorování, osobní dotazování, snímkování pracovního dne a chronometráž, které umožnily odhalit nepřesnosti u výrobních norem čas kusu. Praktickými výstupy jsou návrhy ke zlepšení stávající situace zahrnující standardizaci efektivních velikostí technologických dávek při obrábění a systematickou standardizaci norem čas kusu pomocí využití informačních technologií integrovaných ve výrobním informačním systému podniku, což povede k narovnání těchto norem a dosažení cíle práce.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis addresses the issue of standardization in production. Its objective is to design new procedures and solutions in this area at the milling machine workplace in the company ALTECH, spol. s r.o. The theoretical part contains knowledge related to the topic of the thesis and forms the basis for the practical part. At first there is the company introduced itself. To perform an analysis of the current state of the workplace, methods of data collection and processing, direct observation, personal interviews, workday analysis and chronometry were used, which made it possible to detect inaccuracies in piece time production standards. The practical outputs are suggestions for improving the current situation, including the standardization of effective sizes of technological batches during machining and the systematic standardization of piece time standards using information technologies integrated in the company's manufacturing execution system, which will lead to the correction of these standards and the achievement of the objective of the thesis.
