dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku implementace automatické balicí linky pro kovové výlisky ve vybrané organizaci. Cílem práce bylo navrhnout a analyzovat řešení, které eliminuje manuální manipulaci operátorů při procesu balení, zefektivní logistické operace a zajistí přesnost výstupní hmotnosti výrobků. V práci je podrobně popsán současný stav balení a navrženo nové řešení, které reflektuje požadavky moderní průmyslové výroby. Součástí práce je také kvantifikace projektových rizik metodou RIPRAN a sestavení kompletního rozpočtu projektu včetně časového harmonogramu realizace. Výsledkem je doporučení optimální varianty automatizace, která splňuje ekonomické, provozní i technologické požadavky organizace.
