dc.description.abstract	Téma bakalářské práce zní Sbor dobrovolných hasičů města Karolinka. Práce se v teoretické části zabývá především základu bezpečnostního systému České republiky. Navazuje dále charakteristika Integrovaného záchranného systému, ze kterého práce čerpá další kapitoly. Postupně se zaměřuje až na jednotky sboru dobrovolných hasičů. Hlavním cílem práce je analýza současného stavu řízení a fungování jednotky sboru dobrovolných hasičů města Karolinka. Na základě zjištěných informací jsou navržena konkrétní opatření pro zlepšení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of this bachelor's thesis is the Volunteer Fire Brigade of the town of Karolinka. The theoretical part of the thesis primarily deals with the fundamentals of the security system of the Czech Republic. It then continues with the characteristics of the Integrated Rescue System, from which further chapters of the thesis are derived. The focus gradually narrows to the units of the volunteer fire brigade. The main objective of the thesis is to analyze the current state of management and functioning of the Volunteer Fire Brigade unit in the town of Karolinka. Based on the findings, specific measures for improvement are proposed.
