dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu konkurenceschopnosti vybraného autoservisu XY s.r.o. pomocí situační analýzy. Teoretická část práce popisuje teoretická východiska práce, konkurenceschopnost podniku, konkurenci podniku a metody situační analýzy, konkrétně PESTLE analýzu, Porterův model pěti konkurenčních sil a SWOT analýzu. Praktická část práce představuje autoservis XY s.r.o. a aplikuje situační analýzu na tento podnik. Výsledky analýzy jsou shrnuty a jsou navržena opatření pro zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of the competitiveness of the selected car service XY s.r.o. using situational analysis. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the theoretical foundations of the work, the competitiveness of the company, the competition of the company and the methods of situational analysis, specifically PESTLE analysis, Porter's five forces model and SWOT analysis. The practical part of the thesis presents the car service XY s.r.o. and applies situational analysis to this company. The results of the analysis are summarized and measures are proposed to improve the competitiveness of the company.
