dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá adaptací a vzděláváním zaměstnanců Krajské hygienické stanice Olomouckého kraje. Cílem práce je analyzovat největší problémy v oblasti adaptace a vzdělávání zaměstnanců Krajské hygienické stanice Olomouckého kraje a navrhnout možná doporučení na zlepšení. Teoretický základ vychází ze zásad literární rešerše a zabývá se oblastí řízení lidských zdrojů, analýzy rizik, sběru dat a krajské hygienické stanice. V praktické části dochází pomocí rozhovorů a dotazníků k identifikaci rizik. K podrobné analýze rizik práce využívá Diagram příčin a následků a Matici rizik. Výsledkem diplomové práce je metodická příručka, která může být použita jako nástroj personálního řízení pro stabilizaci a rozvoj pracovníků.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is focused on the adaptation and training of the employees of the Regional Hygiene Station of the Olomouc Region. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the biggest problems in the field of adaptation and training of employees of the Regional Hygiene Station of the Olomouc Region and to propose possible recommendations for improvement. The theoretical basis is based on the principles of a literature search and deals with the areas of human resources management, risk analysis, data collection and the Regional Hygiene Station. In the practical part, the identification of risks is carried out by means of interviews and questionnaires. The work uses the Cause and Effect Diagram and the Risk Matrix for a detailed risk analysis. The result of the thesis is a methodological manual that can be used as a personnel management tool for the stabilization and development of employees.
