dc.description.abstract	Tématem bakalářské práce je historie a současnost sboru dobrovolných hasičů Majetín a jednotky sboru dobrovolných hasičů Majetín. Cílem práce je zjistit úroveň akceschopnosti a připravenosti jednotky v Majetíně a blíže specifikovat historii a současnost sborů a jednotek dobrovolných hasičů v Česku. K zjištění úrovně akceschopnosti a připravenosti jednotky sboru dobrovolných hasičů v Majetíně byla použita SWOT analýza na kterou navázala metoda brainstorming, jejíž závěrem je seznam vybavení, které je zapotřebí doplnit. Z práce vyplývá že dobrovolní hasiči mají v České republice dlouhou historii a jsou součástí života v obcích. Podílí se na výchově mladé generace k pomoci potřebným v případě nouze a udržení tradic.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of the bachelor thesis is the history and present of the Majetín Volunteer Fire Brigade and the Majetín Volunteer Fire Brigade unit. The aim of the thesis is to find out the level of availability and readiness of the unit in Majetín and to specify the history and present of volunteer fire brigades and units in the Czech Republic. To determine the level of availability and readiness of the unit of the volunteer fire brigade in Majetín, a SWOT analysis was used, followed by a brainstorming method, which concluded with a list of equipment that needs to be completed. The thesis shows that volunteer firefighters have a long history in the Czech Republic and are part of the life in the villages. They are involved in educating the younger generation to help the needy in case of emergency and to maintain traditions.
