dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou terorismu jakožto stále přítomné hrozby, která se stále vyvíjí. Cílem práce je poukázat na možnou situaci, na kterou nejsou složky integrovaného záchranného systému připraveny a identifikovat hlavní rizika ohrožující danou oblast a navrhnout opatření. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy související s terorismem, popsán jeho historický vývoj, typologie, motivace teroristů, způsoby financování i boj proti terorismu. Práce se rovněž věnuje jednotlivým typům útoků a hrozeb, od žhářství po zbraně hromadného ničení. Praktická část je rozdělena na dvě poloviny. První je zaměřena na scénář fiktivního teroristického útoku za použití biologické bojové látky a na základě tohoto scénáře je analyzována činnost jednotlivých složek integrovaného záchranného systému. Druhá polovina praktické části se věnuje analýze rizik v kalkulátoru pro podporu tvorby analýzy rizik Riskan, který umožnil efektivně posoudit jednotlivá rizika a vyčíslit míru zranitelnosti jednotlivých aktiv vůči konkrétním hrozbám.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of terrorism as an ever-present and evoling threat. The aim of the thesis is highlight a potential situation for which the integrated rescue System may not be prepared and to identify the main risks threatening the area and to propose appropriate measures. The theoretical part of the thesis defines basic concepts related to terrorism, describes its historical development, typology, motivation of terrorists, methods of financing and combating terrorism. It also discusses the various types of attacks and threats, ranging from arson to weapons of mass destruction. The practical part focuses on a fictional terrorist attack scenario using a biological warfare agent. On the basis of this scenario, the activities of individual components of the integrated rescue system are analysed. The secound part of the practical section of the thesis is devoted to the risk analysis in the Riskan risk analysis calculator, which allowed an effective assessment individual risks and quantified the level of vulnerability of individual assets to specific threats.
