dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce analyzuje požární sport jako nástroj zvyšování fyzické připravenosti hasičů v České republice. Charakterizuje jeho historický vývoj, organizační strukturu a hlavní disciplíny. Výzkum vychází z dat soutěže Grand Prix Hodonín v období 2000-2024 a využívá regresní analýzu a neparametrické testy k identifikaci trendů ve vývoji časů, konzistence výkonů týmů a meziročních odchylek. Výsledky poukazují na vliv modernizace vybavení a změn v tréninkových metodách na zvyšování úrovně soutěží. Na základě analýzy jsou navržena opatření pro podporu dalšího rozvoje požárního sportu na regionální úrovni.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis analyzes fire sport as a tool for enhancing the physical readiness of firefighters in the Czech Republic. It characterizes its historical development, organizational structure, and main disciplines. The research is based on data from the Grand Prix Hodonin competition from 2000 to 2024 and applies regression analysis and non-parametric tests to identify trends in time performance, team consistency, and year-to-year variations. The results highlight the impact of equipment modernization and changes in training methods on the increasing level of competitions. Based on the analysis, measures are proposed to support the further development of fire sport at the regional level.
