dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na připravenost obyvatelstva na mimořádné události v obci Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. Hlavním cílem práce je na základě multikriteriální analýzy hrozeb a rizik a úrovně připravenosti v obci navrhnout opatření ke zvýšení připravenosti obyvatel na mimořádné události. Za účelem naplnění tohoto cíle byla nejprve vypracována teoretická východiska problematiky připravenosti obyvatelstva, včetně legislativního rámce a systému ochrany obyvatelstva v České republice. Následně byla provedena multikriteriální analýza rizik a hrozeb, kterým může být obec vystavena. Praktická část práce dále zahrnuje zpracování, vyhodnocení a analýzu výsledků dotazníkového šetření zaměřeného na informovanost a připravenost obyvatel na krizové situace.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis focuses on the preparedness of the population for emergencies in the municipality of Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. The main objective of the thesis is to propose measures to improve the preparedness of residents for emergency situations, based on a multicriteria analysis of threats and risks and the level of preparedness in the municipality. In order to achieve this objective, the theoretical background of population preparedness was first elaborated, including the legislative framework and the system of civil protection in the Czech Republic. Subsequently, a multicriteria analysis of risks and threats to which the municipality may be exposed was carried out. The practical part of the thesis further includes the processing, evaluation, and analysis of the results of a questionnaire survey focused on the awareness and preparedness of the population for crisis situations.
