dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení připravenosti Armády České republiky k řešení mimořádných událostí. Identifikuje klíčové faktory, které ovlivňují efektivitu jejího nasazení, a na základě analýzy zkušeností příslušníků armády s těmito situacemi navrhuje konkrétní opatření pro zlepšení. Práce zkoumá teoretický rámec dané problematiky a v praktické části představuje návrhy na posílení personálního a technického zabezpečení armády v této důležité oblasti.

It identifies key factors that influence the effectiveness of its deployment and, based on an analysis of the experiences of army personnel with these situations, proposes specific measures for improvement. The thesis examines the theoretical framework of the issue and, in the practical part, presents proposals for strengthening the personnel and technical security of the army in this important area.
