dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce řeší problematiku motivace policistů k setrvání ve služebním poměru. Zaměřuje se především na motivaci, pracovní motivaci a základní pojmy motivace. Zdůrazňuje motivační faktory policistů k setrvání ve služebním poměru a faktory, které mají vliv na odchodovost policistů ze služebních poměrů. Cílem práce bylo zjistit aktuální stav motivovanosti policistů k setrvání ve služebním poměru a na základě získaných informací navrhnout motivační program pro policisty, který povede ke zvýšené motivovanosti policistů k setrvání ve služebním poměru.
