dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje postupy a reakce Integrovaného záchranného systému (IZS) při mimořádných událostech typu aktivní střelec a teroristický útok v souladu s platnými typovými činnostmi. Práce pomocí modelu simuluje situaci útoku aktivního střelce, na kterém ověřuje efektivitu zapojení složek IZS. Cílem výzkumu je prostřednictvím simulace pomocí modelu a následné analýzy dat zjistit účinnost současných postupů v závislosti na velikosti měst při porovnání sil a prostředků při zásahu. Výsledky modelování slouží k identifikaci silných a slabých stránek stávajících postupů a v případě pozitivních zjištění navržení jejich úpravy.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis analyzes the procedures and responses of the Integrated Rescue System (IZS) during emergencies of the active shooter and terrorist attack type in accordance with the valid type activities. The work simulates the situation of an active shooter attack using a model, in which it verifies the effectiveness of the involvement of IRS units. The aim of the research is to determine the effectiveness of current procedures depending on the size of cities by comparing forces and resources during the intervention through simulation using a model and subsequent data analysis. The modeling results serve to identify the strengths and weaknesses of existing procedures and, in the case of positive findings, to propose their modification.
