dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku připravenosti Horské služby Jeseníky. Teoretická práce obsahuje právní rámec, historii činnosti horské služby, výcvik záchranářů a jejich prostředky. Opomenuty nejsou bezpečnostní aspekty, systém zdravotního pojištění a vymezení oblasti. Praktická část se zabývá současným přehledem a komparací statistik v oblasti úrazovosti. V práci byla použita SWOT analýza, identifikace rizikových míst a analýza zásahu. Součástí praktické části byly také rozhovory s příslušníky, které měly přínos v návrhových opatřeních na zlepšení nedostatků a současné situace v připravenosti Horské služby Jeseníky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is focused on the preparedness of the Mountain Service Jeseníky. The theoretical part includes the legal framework, history, activities of the Mountain Service, training of rescuers and their resources. The safety aspects, the health insurance systém and the definition of the area are not omitted. The practical part deals with the current overview and comparsion of statistics in the field of accidents. SWOT analysis, identification of risk points and intervention analysis were used in the work. The practical part also included interviews with officers, which had the benefit of suggesting measures to improve the shortcomings and the current situation in the preparedness of the Mountain Service Jeseníky.
