dc.description.abstract	Cílem této bakalářské práce je provedení finanční analýzy podniku v letech 2020 až 2023, zhodnocení finančního zdraví vybrané společnosti a následné předložení návrhů pro zlepšení. Analýza je provedena z důvodu plánované penetrace Čínského trhu v roce 2024. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje základní informace o finanční analýze, její silné a slabé stránky, účetní výkazy potřebné k provedení finanční analýzy a její metody. V praktické části jsou obsaženy informace o vybrané společnosti, odvětví, ve kterém podniká a aplikované ukazatele, které jsou popsány v teoretické části. Dále práce obsahuje zhodnocení finančního zdraví podniku spolu s doporučeními pro jeho zlepšení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The goal of this bachelor's thesis is the implementation of a financial analysis of a selected company from 2020 to 2023, the evaluation of the firm's economic stability, and a proposal for enhancement. The analysis is performed due to the planned penetration of the Chinese market in 2024. The bachelor's thesis aims to evaluate the financial health of a selected company from 2020 to 2023 based on financial analysis and subsequently propose recommendations for enhancement. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part contains general information about financial analysis, its benefits and limitations, financial statements necessary for the implementation of financial analysis, and its methods. The practical part includes information about the selected company, the industry in which it operates, and the application of indicators described in the theoretical part. The thesis furthermore contains an evaluation of the company's financial health with recommendations for its improvement.
