dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje krizové komunikaci během mimořádných událostí, které v posledních letech zasáhly Českou republiku. Konkrétně byly pro analýzu zvoleny různé události: pandemie Covid-19, tornádo na jižní Moravě, povodně a požár v Národním parku České Švýcarsko. Cílem práce bylo porozumět tomu, jakým způsobem byly tyto události komunikovány veřejnosti, co fungovalo, kde naopak došlo k chybám v krizové komunikaci, a jaká doporučení z analýzy vyplývají. V teoretické části jsou popsány klíčové principy krizové komunikace, včetně nejčastějších chyb a doporučených postupů. Praktická část je založena na případové studii. Byly také provedeny SWOT a what-if analýzy. Práce nabízí konkrétní návrhy a doporučení, které mohou sloužit jako inspirace pro lepší zvládání podobných krizových situací v budoucnu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis deals with crisis communication during extraordinary events that have affected the Czech Republic in recent years. Specifically, different events were chosen for the analysis: the Covid-19 pandemic, the tornado in South Moravia, floods and the fire in the Czech Switzerland National Park. The aim of the thesis was to understand how these events were communicated to the public, what worked, where, on the contrary, mistakes were made in crisis communication, and what recommendations result from the analysis. The theoretical part describes the key principles of crisis communication, including the most common mistakes and recommended procedures. The practical part is based on a case study. SWOT and what-if analyses were also conducted. The thesis offers concrete suggestions and recommendations that can serve as inspiration for better management of similar crisis situations in the future.
