dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá nasazením sil a prostředků Armády České republiky při povodních. Teoretická část je zaměřena na právní normy a dokumentaci, týkající se řešené problematiky. Stručně pojednává o integrovaném záchranném systému a jeho složkách. Dále popisuje ozbrojené síly a podrobněji rozebírá Armádu České republiky a její místo v integrovaném záchranném systému. Vysvětluje pojem mimořádná událost a krizová situace a blíže objasňuje pojem povodeň. Praktická část se blíže zabývá samotnými povodněmi a nasazením armády v souvislosti s povodněmi. Rozebírá názory jednotlivých účastníků povodní na armádu v souvislosti s povodněmi 2024. Analyzuje závažnost jednotlivých nedostatků a navrhuje opatření ke zlepšení stávajícího stavu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the deployment of forces and assets of the Czech Army during floods. The theoretical part is focused on legal norms and documentation concerning related to the problem. It briefly discusses the integrated rescue system and its components. It also describes the armed forces and discusses in more detail the Army of the Czech Republic and its place in the integrated rescue system. It explains the concept of emergency and crisis situation and further clarifies the concept of flood. The practical part deals in more detail with the floods themselves and the deployment of the army in connection with floods. It analyses the views of the different actors involved in the floods on the military in the context of the 2024 floods. It analyses the severity of the different shortcomings and proposes measures to improve the current situation.
