dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci na vybraných dopravních stavbách. Mapuje současný stav v oblasti BOZP a analyzuje hlavní příčiny vzniku pracovních úrazů na staveništích. Práce dále popisuje, analyzuje a hodnotí rizika na dvou konkrétních stavbách. Součástí výzkumu je rozbor reálných kontrolních zápisů a strukturovaný rozhovor s odborníkem z praxe. Cílem práce je identifikovat nejčastější nedostatky v oblasti BOZP a navrhnout opatření ke zvýšení bezpečnosti na staveništích.

It examines the current state of the field and analyzes the main causes of workplace accidents on construction sites. The thesis also describes, analyzes, and evaluates risks at two specific construction projects. The research includes an assessment of real inspection records and a structured interview with an industry expert. The aim of the thesis is to identify the most common deficiencies in occupational safety and to propose measures to improve safety standards on construction sites.
