dc.description.abstract	Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je vymezit zvlášť zranitelné osoby jako oběti trestné činnosti a navrhnout opatření ke snížení páchání trestné činnosti proti těmto osobám. Teoretická část diplomové práce bude vycházet z viktimologie jako základního vědního oboru věnujícího se obětem. Dále bude představena oběť v právním systému, včetně jejích základních a specifických práv. V závěru teoretické části bude charakterizován současný stav řešené problematiky ve světě a v ČR, včetně veškerých aktuálních nástrojů a systémového přístupu. Praktická část bude zaměřena na rozbor aktuální kriminality na základě policejních statistik. Dále pomocí případové studie a řízeného rozhovoru proběhne průzkum práce orgánů činných v trestním řízení při kontaktu se zvlášť zranitelnou osobou. V poslední části výzkumu proběhne komparace se Slovenskem. Na základě veškerých poznatků budou představeny návrhy de lege ferenda, které pomohou předcházet páchání trestné činnosti proti zvlášť zranitelným osobám.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main objective of this thesis is to define particularly vulnerable persons as victims of crime and to propose measures to reduce crimes committed against them. The theoretical part of the thesis will be based on victimology as a fundamental scientific field that deals with victims. Furthermore, the concept of the victim will be introduced within the legal system, including their basic and specific rights. At the end of the theoretical part, the current state of this issue worldwide and in the Czech Republic will be analyzed, including all relevant tools and systemic approaches. The practical part will focus on analyzing current crime trends based on police statistics. Additionally, a case study and a structured interview will be conducted to examine the work of law enforcement authorities when dealing with particularly vulnerable persons. The final part of the research will include a comparison with Slovakia. Based on all the findings, de lege ferenda proposals will be presented to help prevent crimes against particularly vulnerable persons.
