dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce na téma "Rizika spojená s plýtváním potravinami v obci Drysice" zkoumá postoj obyvatel k dané problematice. Teoretická část práce vymezuje základní pojmy v oblasti potravin, představuje výživu člověka, trendy ve výživě, legislativu relevantní k tématu práce, problematiku plýtvání potravinami ve světě, Evropské unii a v České republice, a v neposlední řadě zmiňuje organizace proti plýtvání potravinami. Praktická část je zaměřena na zjišťování přístupu obyvatel k plýtvání potravinami pomocí dotazníkového šetření a analyzování současného stavu metodou Cost-Benefit Analysis. V závěrečné části práce jsou předloženy návrhy pro zlepšení současného stavu nakládání s potravinovým odpadem v obci, a snížení jeho produkce.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis on 'Risks associated with food waste in the village of Drysice' examines the attitude of the inhabitants towards the issue. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic concepts in the field of food, introduces human nutrition, trends in nutrition, legislation relevant to the topic of the thesis, the issue of food waste in the world, the European Union and the Czech Republic, and last but not least mentions organizations against food waste. The practical part of the paper is focused on identifying people's attitudes towards food waste by means of a questionnaire survey and analysing the current situation using the Cost-Benefit Analysis method. In the final part of the thesis, suggestions for improving the current state of food waste management in the municipality and reducing its production are presented.
