dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku surovinové bezpečnosti České republiky v kontextu rostoucí globální poptávky po nerostných surovinách a geopolitických rizik spojených s jejich dodávkami. Cílem práce je analyzovat současnou situaci ČR z hlediska závislosti na dovozu klíčových surovin, zhodnotit vnitrostátní potenciál těžby a recyklace a navrhnout opatření ke zvýšení soběstačnosti. Teoretická část je věnována definici surovinové bezpečnosti, přehledu evropských a národních strategií a identifikaci kritických surovin. Praktická část zahrnuje analýzu zranitelnosti ČR vůči výpadkům dodávek, hodnocení vybraných surovin podle stanovených kritérií a porovnání výsledků s odbornou literaturou. Práce vychází z dostupných statistických údajů, strategických dokumentů a aktuálních vědeckých poznatků. Výsledky potvrzují vysokou dovozní závislost a poukazují na nutnost systémového přístupu k řízení surovinových rizik, rozvoje oběhového hospodářství a mezinárodní spolupráce.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis focuses on the issue of raw material security of the Czech Republic in the context of growing global demand for mineral resources and increasing geopolitical risks related to their supply. The main objective is to analyse the current state of the Czech Republic in terms of dependence on the import of key raw materials, assess the potential of domestic extraction and recycling, and propose measures to increase self-sufficiency. The theoretical part deals with the definition of raw material security, an overview of European and national strategies, and the identification of critical raw materials. The practical part includes an analysis of the Czech Republic's vulnerability to supply disruptions, an evaluation of selected raw materials based on defined criteria, and a comparison of results with findings from academic literature. The thesis is based on available statistical data, strategic documents, and current scientific knowledge. The findings confirm a high level of import dependency and highlight the need for a systematic approach to raw material risk management, the development of a circular economy, and international cooperation.
