dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na projekt na zlepšení procesu příjmu a adaptace ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem této práce je analyzovat současný stav těchto procesů a na základě provedené analýzy vypracovat projekt na zlepšení již zmíněných procesů. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část práce obsahuje literární rešerši na téma získávání zaměstnanců a jejich adaptace. Dále jsou sepsány výzkumné otázky, které jsou zaměřené na současný stav procesů příjmu a adaptace zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. V praktické části práce je společnost stručně představena, tak aby byla zachována její anonymita. Dále je provedena analýza současného stavu těchto procesů, přičemž pro sběr dat pro tuto analýzu bylo využito polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a vnitropodnikové dokumentace. Na základě této analýzy byly identifikovány nedostatky v těchto procesech. Tyto nedostatky pak posloužily jako podklad pro navržení projektu na zlepšení procesu příjmu a adaptace zaměstnanců ve společnosti. Součástí tohoto projektu je také časová, nákladová a riziková analýza. Limitem této práce může být nedostatečná zkušenost výzkumníka. Dalším limitem pak je nedostatečně poskytnutá vnitropodniková dokumentace ze strany společnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis focuses on a project to improve the process of recruitment and adaptation in a selected company. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current state of these processes and, based on the analysis, to develop a project to improve the above mentioned processes. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the thesis includes a literature search on the topic of employee recruitment and adaptation. Furthermore, research questions are written which are focused on the current state of the processes of recruitment and adaptation of employees in the selected company. In the practical part of the thesis, the company is briefly introduced so as to preserve its anonymity. Furthermore, an analysis of the current state of these processes is conducted, using semi-structured interviews and internal company documentation to collect data for this analysis. Based on this analysis, gaps in these processes were identified. These gaps were then used as a basis for designing a project to improve the company's recruitment and adaptation process. This project also included a time, cost and risk analysis. A limitation of this work may be the lack of experience of the researcher. Another limitation is the lack of internal documentation provided by the company.
