V první kapitole diplomové práce popisuji historii Romů, jejich migraci z Indie do Evropy a příchod na naše území. Uvádím zde také některé aspekty života dnešních Romů. Ve druhé kapitole se zabývám soužitím majoritní společnosti s Romy. Poukazuji na vztahy mezi Romy a majoritou, na sociální vyloučení Romů a na problém romské kriminality. Uvádím zde také, jaké jsou předsudky majoritní společnosti k Romům. V praktické části diplomové práce provádím výzkum u obyvatel města Kladna, kde zjišťuji jejich postoje k romským spoluobčanům. Pracovní postup svého výzkumu popisuji ve třetí kapitole. Výsledky výzkumu předkládám v poslední, čtvrté kapitole. |

In the first chapter of my thesis, I describe the Roma history, their migration from India to Europe and coming into our territory. Some aspects of the life of today's Roma are also mentioned here. In the second chapter, I deal with the co-existence of the majority population with Roma people. I point out the relations between Roma and the majority population, the social exclusion of Roma and the Roma crime issue. I also indicate what prejudice against the Roma people there is from the majority population. In the practical part of my thesis, I made a survey of Kladno citizens to discover their attitude towards their Roma fellow-citizens. The method of my survey is described in the third chapter. The outcomes of the survey are presented in the forth, the last chapter. |
