Práce se zabývá analýzou projektů spolufinancovaných ze strukturálních fondů Evropské unie v programovacím období 2004-2006, s dopadem na okres Nový Jičín. V teoretické části je uvedena charakteristika regionální politiky Evropské unie, Cíle regionální politiky pro období 2004-2006, soustava strukturálních fondů a Iniciativ Společenství, dokumenty programovacích procedur v ČR a stručná charakteristika okresu Nový Jičín. V praktické části se práce věnuje samotné analýze projektů z hlediska podílu schválených žádostí o projekt, sídla žadatele o dotace, typu žadatele, Operačního programu nebo Iniciativy, do kterého projekt směřuje a výše požadované dotace. Na konci práce jsou uvedeny rozhovory s představiteli vybraných obcí, kteří jsou kompetentní v oblasti přípravy projektů. |

This thesis deals with the analyse of projects which were co-financed by the European Structural funds in 2004-2006 interval, with falls to Nový Jičín region. In theoretical part are stated: the characteristics of European union regional policy, Objectives of Regional policy in 2004-2006 interval, the system of Structural funds and Community Initiatives, documents of Programming procedure in Czech republic and the short characteristics of Nový Jičín region. The thesis deals in their practical part with analyse of projects in light of the accepted requests rate, the seat of the applicant for the grant, the type of applicant, the Operational programme or Community Initiatives to which are the project addressed and of the height of the required grant. At the end of this thesis are some interviews with representatives of some chosen municipalities, who are qualified in the projects preparation area. |
