Bakalářská práce byla zpracována s cílem zefektivnit a zpřehlednit skladovou evidenci zásob ve firmě GOTECH s.r.o. Aktivací skladu a zavedením skladové evidence je možné vyřešit problémy vyplývající z absence této agendy. Teoretická část se zabývá pojmy jako zásoby, skladová evidence, logistika, skladování a řízení zásob. V praktické části se seznámíme se stávající situací ve firmě, s možným řešením a také s přínosem, který by tímto řešením vznikl. |

The goal of the submitted thesis is the implementation of more effective and clear evidence of spare parts in storage in the company GOTECH Ltd. Implementation of stores records and activation of storage surely solve issues, which was caused by absence of this agenda. First part of the thesis refers to definitions as stores, evidence of storage, logistics, stocking and stock operating. There is introduction of company in the last part. I compare present situation in company with possible solution. I try to exhibit benefit, which is linked with new method. |
