dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá hodnocením výkonnosti společnosti CIDEM Hranice, a.s. Teoretická část práce představuje za využití literárních pramenů průřez různými metodami měření a hod-nocení výkonnosti včetně uvedení jejich kladných a záporných stránek. Praktická část práce charakterizuje současný stav společnosti z hlediska výkonnosti. Na základě vyvozených závěrů je v projektové části vypracován projekt návrhu vhodného konceptu měření a hod-nocení výkonnosti do společnosti CIDEM Hranice, a.s. Zavedením nového konceptu řízení výkonnosti je možné nalézt cestu, jak dosáhnout dlouholeté efektivní a úspěšné existence společnosti.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is related to efficiency assessment of the CIDEM Hranice, a.s. company. The theoretic part of the work, using literary sources, presents the intersection of various meas-urement methods and efficient evaluation that includes the induction of its positive and negative aspects. The practical part of the thesis defines the current status of the company in terms of its production rate. On the basis of the drawn conclusions from the project part, a project proposal has been designed which demonstrates a suitable concept of the meas-urements and efficient evaluation of the CIDEM Hranice, a.s. company. The implementa-tion of the new concept of efficiency control may help to find a way to accomplish effec-tive and successful company existence in the long term.	en
