Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá mlékárenským průmyslem ČR po vstupu ČR do EU. Jsou zde řešeny otázky konkurenceschopnosti sektoru, vytipovány jeho silné a slabé stránky, normy, legislativa. Cílem této práce je charakterizovat změny a přístupy potravinářských podniků na trh EU a vytipovat jejich silné a slabé stránky. Je zde popsána situace na trhu s mlékem v jednotlivých obdobích, objemu nákupu mléka a jeho cenami. |

The aim of this work is distinguish changes and approach of Czech dayiring companies in trade in the EU. There is a description of the situation in the milk trade during a particular period and how much milk has been bought. |
