Karcinom prsu je v České republice nejčastějším zhoubným nádorovým onemocněním vyskytujícím se u žen. Aktuálním tématem se v této oblasti stává prevence karcinomu prsu, proto jsem svou práci zaměřila na informovanost žen o nádorovém onemocnění prsu a jeho prevenci. Teoretická část popisuje anatomii a fyziologii prsu, epidemiologii a etiologii, klinický obraz, diagnostiku a léčbu karcinomu prsu. Další kapitola se věnuje psychologickým aspektům prožívání žen. Poslední část teorie je zaměřena na prevenci nádorového onemocnění prsu - samovyšetření prsu a mamografický screening a na roli sestry-edukátorky ženy v rizikových oblastech. Praktická část obsahuje vyhodnocení výzkumu, který byl dotazníkovým šetřením zaměřen na informovanost žen o nádorovém onemocnění prsu a jeho prevenci. |

Breast cancer is the most frequent malignancy affecting women in the Czech Republic. Prevention of breast cancer has become the focus of intense efforts recently, therefore I have chosen the topic of In-depth information about breast cancer and its prevention as the subject of my bachelor's thesis. The theoretical part describes breast anatomy and physiology, its epidemiology and etiology, clinical picture, diagnosis and treatment. Next chapter presents psychological aspect of living with breast cancer. Last part theory is about breast cancer prevention - breast self checkup and mamographic screening and on role nurse - trained nurse woman in hazard zone. Practical part includes statistical evaluation of research, which discover information about breast cancer and its prevention as the subject of my bachelor's thesis. |
