Diplomová práce Projekt rozvoje mikroregionu Nový Dvůr je zaměřena na strategické plánování a strategický management, prostřednictvím nichž jsou realizovány projekty a programy rozvoje mikroregionu. Diplomová práce má tři části: Teoretickou, obsahující teoretická východiska regionální politiky, analytické metody zjišťování potenciálu území a nástroje strategického managementu. Analytická část obsahuje geografickou, demografickou, ekologickou a socio-ekonomickou analýzu mikroregionu a jeho vybavenost sociální a technickou infrastrukturou. Výsledky šetření jsou transformovány do SWOT analýzy. Stěžejní projektová část obsahuje na základě teoretických poznatků a provedených analýz vizi a strategické cíle mikroregionu, které jsou dále rozvrženy do opatření a dvou projektů. |

The diploma thesis called Development project of the micro-region Novy Dvur is focused on strategic planning and strategic management that are used for implementation of the projects and programmes of the micro-region development. The diploma thesis is divided into three parts: The first part is theoretical one and it deals with the regional policy theory, analytical methods to find out a potential of the area and strategic management tools. The analytical part contains geographical, demographical, environmental and social and economic analyses of the micro-region and data concerning social and technical infrastructure. The results of investigation are presented in the SWOT analysis. Based on the theoretical background and analyses the most important project part includes the vision and strategic aims of the micro-region that are developed into the measures and two projects. |
