dc.description.abstract Tato bakalářská práce se opírá o teoretické poznatky oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů se zamě-řením na motivaci a odměňování zaměstnanců. V první části práce rozebírám teorii, která souvisí s tématem práce. V druhé části, praktické uvádím základní, ale i podrobnější informace o firmě ŽPSV, a.s., které slouží k bližšímu seznámení se s firmou. Dalším krokem praktické části je analýza motivace zaměstnanců z provedeného dotazníku. Klíčovým problémem práce se stává motivace na vybraných závodech a následné odměňo-vání zaměstnanců. Zde jsem se pokusila navrhnout možný způsob motivace prostřednictvím odměn a návrh jsem uvedla v příkladu. cs

dc.description.abstract-translated This Bachelor Thesis is propped upon theoretical findings in the field of human resources management with focus on a employee's motivation and remuneration. In the first section, I analyze a theory which relates to the scope of the Thesis. In the second, practical section, I mention basic and even detailed information about a company of ŽPSV a.s. which enable to become acquainted with the company. The next step within the practical section is the analysis of employees' motivation extracted from filled questionnaire. A key problematic issue of the thesis appears to be a motivation of employees on particular production plants and their subsequent remuneration. Here I tried to design a possible way of motivating people through bonuses and a concept arising therefrom I stated as an example. en
