V diplomovej práci sa venujem zostaveniu modelu Balanced Scorecard pre Fakultu managementu a ekonomiky UTB v Zlíne. Práca bola rozdelená na dve casti, a to teoretickú a praktickú cast. V teoretickej casti sa venujem zhrnutiu teoretických poznatkov o metóde Balanced Scorecard. Dalej sú v tejto casti uvedené príklady úspešného implementovania metódy na vysokých školách vo svete. V praktickej casti je uvedená analýza fakulty z pohladu štyroch perspektív, financnej, zákazníckej, vnútorných procesov a ucenia sa a rastu. Na základe tejto analýzy bol vypracovaný model Balanced Scorecard |

I focused on creating a model of Balanced Scorecard for Faculty of Management and Economic in my diploma thesis. The work has been divided into two parts - theoretical and practical part. I have done a critical research on literal resources connected to this topic. This part also provides examples of successful stories of implementation of this method in the institutions through the whole world. There has been done an analysis of the faculty from the view of four perspectives - financial, customer, internal business and the perspective of learning and growth. There has been done a model of Balanced Scorecard on the base of this analysis. |
