Tato bakalářská práce charakterizuje vlákninu, její vlastnosti a zdroje. Její podstatná část je zaměřena na rozdělení vlákniny a charakteristiku jednotlivých složek. V další části je popsán vliv vlákniny na trávicí ústrojí, metabolizmus živin a absorpci minerálních látek. Dále jsou zde popsány zdravotní důsledky, které mohou být zapříčiněny nedostatkem vlákniny v potravě. V poslední části jsou uvedeny tradiční i netradiční zdroje vlákniny. |

This bachelor work describe dietary fiber, her properties and resources. Chief is focused on the distribution of dietary fiber and describe the various components. The next section describes the impact of fiber on the digestive tract, the metabolism of major nutrients and minerals absorption. There are also described health effects that may be due to a lack of fiber in the diet. In the last section provides traditional and non-traditional sources of fiber. |
