Cílem práce bylo zmapovat vývoj hotelového průmyslu v České republice po roce 1993. Bylo přitom zjištěno, že vývoj hotelnictví v ČR podléhá světovým trendům v tomto oboru. Dochází ke vzniku tuzemských hotelových řetězců, průniku zahraničních řetězců na náš trh a vytváří se i velké hotelové skupiny. |
