Tématem diplomové práce je využití nástrojů finančního controllingu ve společnosti KOVONAX, spol. s r. o. Teoretická část vysvětluje základní východiska vztahující se ke controllingu, finančnímu controllingu a jeho nástrojům. Praktická část charakterizuje analyzovanou společnost, popisuje nástroje finančního controllingu používané v současnosti a úroveň dosavadního controllingového systému. V další části je nastíněna implementace možných nástrojů finančního controllingu využitelných ve společnosti. Závěrem práce je výběr optimálního řešení pro zavedení controllingového systému do analyzované společnosti vedoucí k efektivnímu řízení. Součástí projektu je také vyhodnocení přínosů, rizik a ekonomické náročnosti navrženého projektu včetně závěrečných doporučení pro společnost. |

The topic of this thesis is the utilization of financial controlling instruments in the company KOVONAX, spol. s r. o. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the basic resources in relationship to controlling, financial controlling and their instruments. The practical part characterizes the analyzed company, describes the financial controlling instruments used in the present time and the level of present controlling system. The next part describes the implementation of possible financial controlling instruments applicable in the company. The conclusion of the project is a selection of an optimal solution for implementation of the controlling system to the analyzed company leading to effective control. Component of the project is evaluation of contribution, risks and costingness of this project including the final recommendation for the company. |
